“Customer service is great, atmosphere is amazing especially during the holidays when they had all these cute xmas decorations. Fast food is served fast.The Burger King Food is kind of bland though. I go there for snacks and quick meals in 2023 after my jobs and have unfortunately tried everything now. Avoid the seasonal gimmicks like BK wraps. Don't be like me.ONLY GET the impossible whopper, jalapeno bites, slushies, and maybe chicken sandwich and onion rings. Everything else feels processed and tasteless. Fries and chicken nuggets taste like disappointment.Most of the food tastes like depression which I kind of enjoy. But most people enjoy depression.“
“I went here today is was spectacular I remember the lobby used to be so weird with the booths and all the tables used to be dirty but today it looked different after not showing up for two years I thought they did an absolute good job with the place and even the giant bucket above the table I really like how the design on it is with the light inside of it to. I recommend it also the staff are really nice as well. The food I got today was nice the chicken legs were the best I do recommend.“

“By far the best kfc/taco bell in the worcester /shrewsbury area. Food is on point and this one seems to have specialty items more often then the others. Right now they got the chizza . So I'm back a couple weeks later tried the chizza it's good reminds me of chicken parm. So we treid the spicy chicken sandwich again and they are as good as last time on point, hot, crispy and spicy. Compared to Chic-Fil-A spicy chicken sandwich more flavor and only 79cent more worth the drive.“
“As soon as I exited my car in the parking lot an employee was holding the door and welcoming my party inside. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was served quickly and it looked and tasted great. The staff checked on us multiple times while we sat and ate and offered to refill our drinks for us as well. One of the best chick fil a experiences I've had.“

“Took kids to try out their Cajun fries for the first Time. Fries were good but missing Cajun spice. Upon letting them know, we were offered another order of fries with Cajun spice but we didn't take it since the one order of large fries was itself a lot for us. Didn't realize five guys never had any chicken on the menu . Interesting fun fact for the day. We ate large fries along with complimentary salted peanuts which was again something I didn't know in advance. The place had many take out orders and large groups came for lunch.
