She still answered question about gluten free options and was very personable even during a stressful time. “This place it's cute, casual, like you are walking into Grandma's house through the back door (the kitchen) Service it's great, very friendly staff, they serve your first cup of tea, loved that. The food was to die for, everything was amazing. We got to try some new things and the scones were the best I ever had, so much so that I didn't even miss the clotted cream (they make their own, it's different but still good)Lovely atmosphere with a bunch of friendly people.The only thing is that it took an hour and a half for us to get our food. We had somewhere else to be so we kind of rushed through tea.Overall, great place with awesome staff and delicious food.“
“Worcester is quite a drive for me so I’ve been looking forward to stopping by here for a while I did in fact have the roast beef sandwich and it didn’t disappoint large portion sizes in the roast beef itself was fantastic. My father tried the pastrami and he wasn’t able to eat half of it in one sitting the food is great and it is definitely worth an hour drive to visit.“
“First time there grabbed a couple sandwiches and stuff and a salad so I'd have some food for a couple days. Love how a lot of the stuff is fresh and homemade and from scratch such as soups, sandwiches, chili and scones. Definitely will come back. Food is great. Atmosphere is great people. There are great. Everything was just right. Felt very welcome when I walked through the door.“

“Really good homemade food. The owner is a joy. Very personable, and cares about the quality of her food, and her customers. Always willing to accommodate you with any dietary restrictions, or special requests. I used to bring my aging grandmother there after her doctor's visits, and she always enjoyed it. She's passed on now, but at least I have my good memories of her. I hope the owner knows how much of an impact her establishment made on my grandmother's life, and also mine.“

This location also offers the veggie patty (Vegan).Kid-friendliness: Workers are friendly with kids, I have seen kids ask for stickers, as well as employees being patient while a younger child orders their own food. After multiple encounters with teenagers loitering in the store and stealing drinks under the guise of getting water, this location may be more reluctant to offer future teenagers cups for water.Parking: There are 5 spots in front of the building, as well as a lot connected that the neighbors use to park there is space for roughly another 5 cars there, and worst case there is a cvs lot 100 ft away.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get up to the building on the side entrance.Dietary restrictions: Workers are knowledgeable about ingredients of their product, however are not extremely conscientious about cross contamination. As someone with severe food allergies, simply ask them to get you a clean knife and change their gloves, and if possible pull fresh containers of meat from the fridges behind the line.“

“I see a lot of issues on these reviews but I have always gone to the shrewsbury store since before this opened and have had so many issues with that store I decided to try this one. No problems at all. Sandwich was great. Staff wasnt rude. I was only 1 of 3 customers there but it was 230pm. Place is much bigger and cleaner than shrewsbury too.As of right now I have no reason to go to shrewsburys store I will just go to this closer to me store.“
