“Dunkin Donuts (DD) is a well known brand. The product served is fairly consistent. Essentially, DD is fast food and that's about all there is to it. I have yet to see any DD exhibit groundbreaking style nor have I eaten spectacular food. In the end, service is the key because, once again, this isn't a groundbreaking business model. For the Somerset area, all of the DD's have decent service quality. Friendly people. I would vote DD near Reds on route 6 as the top DD in Somerset. 8 out of 10.“
“Every dunkin lately is slow! I was the 6th car in line this morning...12 minutes. Have to constantly repeat orders. This is a brand new store. I ask why the wait at 6:30am and they say they are understaffed. I go next day, 5/6 employee vehicles there, pull up to window and coffee is not made yet by person working window but I guess now the person in back of me. There coffee is already to go??? Ever try to get in touch with corporate.... I am done with themUntil tomorrow. ?“

“My favorite DD! Morning staff are right on the ball. My coffees always made perfectly (in the morning) at night... it's hit or miss. Usually young kids working at night, sometimes they're good & friendly and other nights it's a hang out. Like tonight where it was messy inside, trash on the floor while workers toss around a paper airplane. Oook. Coffee is usually always pretty good here. Even in the morning, sometimes they're super friendly. Other times, they're blahh but ultimately this location is the best one in the city to go to for quick service & consistency.“

“One of the friendliest D&D shops out of the dozens that I have visited across Southern New England of many years.I have been in several shops where they are rude. Don't really listen to your orders, or spend the whole time you are there fighting with each other!This location was peaceful and the Ladies working all had a good attitude. ;)“
“Donuts are amazing but do not expect happy and positive service. If you are a longtime customer you know that. One time I parked and was blocking the drive thru. There really was not great signage and the cook hung out the window and yelled “don’t block my drive thru!” I still continue to do business with them because the donuts are that good! Cash only!“

“I'm not usually in the area of and sip and dip donuts, but when I am I always look forward to stopping in for a coffee. I've only ever been there in the afternoon time and it looks like most of their display case is empty. I get the impression their pastry are good cause they are always sold out. I would pick sip and dip coffee over dunkin anyday.“
