Mid afternoon. No Dunkachino...settled for medium regular coffee. Main focus was the drive up. Coffee/food prep was sloppy and messy. I would prefer my coffee inside the cup not spilled or poured down the outside.That being said, they were happy and smiling and tried to genuinely convey they were having a chaotic and stressful day.
Pretty much every time I go to this Dunkin my order gets screwed up. Definitely poor management. I ask for less ice, this is the only Dunkin that gives me half a cup of my drink at the full price just because there's less ice in it. I ask for no cheese, I get cheese, I order bacon for the avocado toast and they tell me they're out but still charge me for it. I get it, it's fast food, but I don't have the problems at any Dunkin in any other town so I've just started going to Berkeley...read full review
