My review is about East Fruit Smoothies' Jamaican food available on the weekends..I haven't tried their smoothies as yet which is what they are known for hence the name lol... but as a Jamaican missing home food often it's a nice to know there's somewhere nearby other than Flames. I enjoyed the food , I had the ox tails and rice. The smoothies are delicious it's was over all a nice day to eat outdoors. I would go get takeout . Oh my son ordered the oxtail bowl with the fries it was delicious I will order that next time.

Being only open for 2.5 hours once a week, Matcha Boy is a bit of an elusive find inside Nibble Kitchen at Bow Market. However, it's worth visiting if you can catch the window.
