Waited for 15 minutes to get my order, and it turned out food was already on the tray long time ago. How could they missed it?Got me waiting for nothing and the old dude who seems to he the owner is so rude. Never ever come to this trash place again.

They need to make a lot of improvements. We ordered and they did not arrive for over 2 hours. Food was cold. They left us on hold and did not answer. They marked delivered after 40 minutes probably to boost some metric. I think this specific location is very poorly managed because this has been a recurring problem. Im not one to leave reviews but this was incredibly bad.

The pizza was definitely not cooked. What I mean is that they sent whole dough, not undercooked dough. Only the edges were cooked, the rest was garbage. I am adding

Placed an order for 2 pizzas. Called after 90 min. Store stated that the pizza wasn't even made. That it would take an extra 30 min plus whatever time it would require to deliver. I contacted complaint department, and they can't do anything just call the store...nothing to compensate the lack of service. So I get 2 pizzas extra late . I could have probably ordered anywhere else and got the pizzas sooner. Next time I'll purchase frozen pizzas.

My wife and I first discovered the magic of Papa Johns in the middle of nowhere Massachusetts on a Saturday night late after a wedding. The pizza was so good we were shocked so we hoped to recapture the same deliciousness closer to home. Safe to say we did. Every time we order from here, the pizza is fantastic, the food is ready at lightning speed, the prices are more than affordable. I really wish there were more Papa Johns like this. I am very picky with pizzas, but there is something so unique about this location. All of these other reviews are from wannabe food critics who complain about everything. Keep up the good work guy. 5/5
