SHIRLEY has been a bright light in my life since it opened a few doors down from me. Kat is a one woman show and cares deeply about where food comes from & her customers!! Her menu is based on fruits and veg that are in season, and rotates frequently. Whenever I come in to pick up an order, she always takes the time to point out new vegan items on the menu, tell me about her plans, and even chat for a few minutes, all while she's prepping orders. Had Shirley catered for a work event and everyone LOVED it. It was so seamless to coordinate with the team at Shirley and the food was so delicious (the tofu banh mi was my favorite). Definitely will be ordering again!
