As someone who works at Assembly Row, the convenience and quality of the salads and bowls at Sweetgreen make it a clear lunch-time favorite spot. I usually order through the app and pick up my order to minimize the wait time. I'm often surprised by how quickly my order is prepared. Today it took 7 mins. from the moment I checked out in the app to the moment my salad was ready for pick-up.
