I placed an order and mistakenly put the wrong time. When I went to pick it up, a cashier informed me I put it at the wrong time and just walked away. I assumed she went to do my order. Instead she started cleaning in the back and I was waiting for 15 minutes until another worker saw me and started making my order… I received my 2 salads half an hour later

Food:The Shroomami Bowl was DELICIOUS! Even though it was kind of cold the time I got home, I still devoured it (the ingredients were SO fresh).Only thing is... they missed my bread in the order (lol) and was a bit sad because their bread IS delicious lol.The Crispy Rice Bowl which I ordered at the restaurant directly (I had a reward thru the app, which is always nice hehe), was a bit disappointing though. The salad wasn't packaged well, and it was a bit flavorless in my opinion.Service: I ordered thru the app so it was ready by the time I got there. The food is really fast.Ambiance: The store is really nice, I was so happy when they opened a SG by Assembly, because it's in such a nice & fun area! I can't wait to come back for a sit down meal, and try more delicious meals.

I recommend parking in the large lot with Trader Joe’s, TJMaxx, etc. Three hours free parking.Vegetarian options: Any dish can become vegetarianDietary restrictions: Plenty of vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options.Parking: A variety of options, but I recommend parking in the large free lot or free parking garage. Both are free for 3 hours.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for large families. Kid-friendly environment.

As someone who works at Assembly Row, the convenience and quality of the salads and bowls at Sweetgreen make it a clear lunch-time favorite spot. I usually order through the app and pick up my order to minimize the wait time. I'm often surprised by how quickly my order is prepared. Today it took 7 mins. from the moment I checked out in the app to the moment my salad was ready for pick-up. Essentially, this is the time it takes to walk from my desk to the restaurant to pick it up. I'm a huge fan of customizing my salads/bowls and this location rarely misses any detail. Today I ordered the BBQ Chicken salad but I customized it to replace kale with rice and tomatoes with sweet potatoes. I also swapped the ranch for miso sauce. Everything was exactly what I wanted. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. While I have my favorites, there's never really been a salad/bowl I don't like. I rarely eat at the restaurant but it looks nice and clean. I'm also a fan of the rewards program if you order through the app. Occasionally, you'll get discounts or free items. The program is not as comprehensive as Flour's but it's good regardless. In my opinion, it's a bit expensive for a salad but I think it's worth it.

He attitude is not welcoming at all.l requested to talk to the manager she was so professional and explained me well.
