Very small dining room, but the food is so good. My kids ask for this place whenever we are anywhere near it. I recommend the pesto on wheat with whatever meat you want.

Super convenient location and friendly staff. My favorite is the BLT Sub. I like how I can have it exactly as I like. The largest sizes can be 2 meals. They aren't shy on the meats.

Ordered no onion because of an allergy and they gave me onion. I told the cashier and she was very nice but I submitted a complaint on their website and no one got back to me. 0/10

Staff was friendly & location seemed ok but I've had better sandwiches at a dive sub shop. For $20, one would think the sandwich would be amazing but it was mediocre at best & the fries were barely cooked, they were almost raw & limp. Complete waste of money!

Although there are no food standouts at Assembly Rowe (except JP Licks for ice cream) I would avoid this place. The sandwiches are not good quality and you get a side order of indigestion. Ordering is complicated, and I am still confused on their signage and how we paid so much money for sandwiches we threw away.

UPDATE: 09/17/2022Something seems to have changed for the better at this place. Perhaps the staffing changes have made a difference. Service is much more warm, friendlier, fast and attentive. They've also be fairly consistent with the taste and overall I have noticed a positive shift. It's rare that one gets to see a place change for the better but I'm glad that they have. Only complaint remains that they still run out of fries and the only vegan option available i.e. black bean patty quite often.Older:This place is frustrating because it's a hit or miss depending on who from the staff is making your sandwich. I live in the area and so when I'm too busy or tired to cook, I grab a veg BOY sandwich but it's either amazing or terrible, with missing ingredients or stuff you didn't ask for.It's happened enough times to give it a benefit of doubt. Just this evening, I walked in to order a wich and there was absolutely no other customer. Yet the person making my order managed to mess it up by forgetting to add half the toppings and sauces I had requested. I could see they were distracted, more into fooling around with another person of staff nearby.I did end up calling the store after reaching home and someone else from the staff did graciously offer to make me my actual order properly. But again I had to make the trip twice for something that was quite easy during a very quiet time in the store.Their french fries are really good but more than half the time they're out of them! I don't know if they don't anticipate sales to order enough stock or they don't restock on time. Either way it's disappointing and more on your luck. But I would recommend trying their fries. The milkshakes are rather blah and I wouldn't recommend them.

Good sandwiches! One thing that stood out was the way in which orders were taken i.e by marking it on a paper bag. What they could have improved is the amount of sauces in the sandwich.

Excellent sandwiches we got 4 different ones for my family and myself and we all loved them! The ingredients tasted super fresh and the cashier was really patient and nice. Also their fries are excellent! I got takeaway and it just smelled delicious from before opening the bag. I’m lucky enough to live right across the street so I will be coming back.

I used to love this place for a quick bite with the kids bit now not so much. The quality of the deli and the bread had gone way down I actually threw out my entire sandwich just now. What a waste. Not to mention almost all the fountain drinks are out of service .. something they should mention before purchasing a drink. Disappointing.Kid-friendliness: Kid meals

Pretty solid sandwiches. Wednesdays they do a really good deal. Sandwich + a soda ended up being $8 and change which is just insanely good for the Boston area. Some nice outdoor seats too on a quiet part of Assembly.
This place is good if you’re looking for a quick and cheap meal, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for a good meal. The ordering system might seem intimidating at first but it’s not that bad.

We visited the Legoland Museum and needed something quick before an epic 4-year old melt down. Found this great shop right around the corner. One of the employees was busily cleaning and was quick to greet us. He took the time to explain how Which Wich works. So many choices! We went with the kids grilled cheese and Garden Veggie sandwich. My regular sized sandwich was so filling I was full for hours! Service was very quick. Highly recommend this place if you need something fast.
