“Haven't been to this place in years but, boy sm I glad I did. Got a steak onion and cheese sub at 8 AM, because I could order that at what would be other shops " Breakfast only" time. Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. It's really nice to know that these non pretentecious simply good food places still do exist.”

“This place holds a special place in my heart as one of the last true Southie bars. It was my version of Cheers. However, with the passing of Tony, a lot of things have changed. I ordered a shot and was stunned when one shot was a whopping $14. I miss the days of Butter behind the bar and cheap drinks. I’ll cherish the memories but it’s just not the same anymore.”

“I understand that servers have to deal with lots of people from lots of different places. The employees of the store must really be very patient with some of the people coming off cruise ships. The atmosphere is not a healthy one here because the homeless come off the street and they beg for food. One gentleman kept coming in and screaming about the poor service he received, and it appears that he was an EDP and the young server handled him professionally and kept the day moving smoothly without stopping service. “I stumbled upon this Burger King on my way to an event in South Boston very good and friendly environment and I must say that they had the Cleanest public bathroom I've ever seen, big Props to Brian and to all the Cashiers! Overall I would go again, they get my ☆☆☆☆☆ approval!”

My husband and I had brunch at moonshine 152 last weekend and told friends about it. Next thing you know, the four of us were in there around noon time today having brunch again. We shared three starters, alongside sharing all four entrées and everything, I mean everything was to die for! Ms Asia herself delivered some of our plates and she is just as delightful as she is talented. Needless to say, dinner is amazing here as well. The vibe in the restaurant is so easy and you can tell that the staff get along very well together. What I can't believe is how this place wasn't fully packed today or last weekend even. Definitely a good amount of patrons, but I've had brunch at places that are hard to get into and left much less satisfied.”
