“Cashed and line cooks were very welcoming, I come here all the time and my grinders are always perfect, employees all look happy. Tables are always clean, bathrooms as well. Service is fast. My favorite locationKid-friendliness: Cashier was very patient with my 6 year old son. We are working on his social skills and the Cashier and the line cook listened carefully to every detail. Making the perfect grinder just as he requested. Thank you so much. Happy child equals a Happy Mother.Parking: Well light , Wide open spaces and Plenty of parking spaces. Enough room to open your doors without dinging your neighbors car.“

“Today was my first visit to the Westfield location as I'm closer to the West Springfield one. I picked up a chicken salad wrap and some Cucumber ranch (my favorite) pasta salad. The register/order taker was very pleasant and efficient. The only issue I had was that the chicken salad was slightly on the dryer side, and the woman even mentioned to me that that was the case (I appreciated the openness and honesty). I have never had an issue with anything I have ever purchased from there. The food is always fresh and out fairly quickly, depending of course on the time of the day. To be fair, they are super busy at lunchtime (West Springfield location). Their prices are fairly reasonable. Both locations have do seating areas.“

“Tandem bagel is absolutely delicious! Perfect and delectable bagels with a ton of flavor. They’re huge and always well made. They’re warm and crispy, and are just incredible. Tandem’s bagels and wraps are absolutely packed with toppings, and are super high quality. My personal favorite is the Asiago bagel, with the cheese complementing the bagel perfectly. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Moreover, the bagels are relatively cheap for the quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area who wants to check it out!“

“The customer service is exceptional at Hot Table! I forgot to use my app for points recently and their assistant manager Sarah found my order the next day and made sure I got those points. All the workers are very friendly and attentive whenever I get food at Hot Table. I recommend Hot Table to all my friends and have gone there more than any other restaurant in the past year.“

“I was curious what moved into Tandem’s place after they moved. Wild Roots is a delight with high quality food and drinks (omg my burrito was amazing) and the atmosphere has such a chic look and vibe with many more tables than this space had before plus outdoor patio. Fun to see a familiar space reimagined with a great new business!“

“This is one of my absolute favorite places for lunch. I love their chicken salad and my most favorite is their chocolate cake. I have been trying to be good and not spend money but I tell you it's hard when you really want to slice of cake. I would definitely recommend. The sandwiches are fresh. The workers are very friendly. It is just an amazing comfortable place to go to for lunch. I have never dined in I've always gotten my lunch to go looking forward to a dining one day.“
