It amazed me at the level of customer service he provided during our initial call. The great customer service didn’t stop with him. Krystal handled the next few steps in the ordering and delivery process. Not only was Krystal polite and easy to work with, she was kind and patient. The food was nothing short of delicious. However, the taste of the food is only half of the battle. The other half is how you treat your customers. You can have mouth watering food and poor customer service and you will be my last choice, if one at all. I will choose the Northern Soul Cafe EVERY TIME!
