Person who took my order said "what do you want?" I relayed my coffee order and she said "pull up." I was not done. I also ordered 2 toasted sesame bagels with butter and cream cheese. When I got home, found 2 untoasted bagels with butter only. My receipt says w/cream cheese and toasted. I'm sure they charge more for items I didn't get. Whoever was taking orders Tuesday 2/27/24@around 12:30, shame on you for a ruined DD experience.
I'd give one star but they were severely short staffed. They had three people working the morning rush. I made an order on the app thinking it would save time. It took me about ten minutes to get there. Then I left after waiting another ten minutes in the store without receiving my order. People at the front counter had to yell to get someone to finally come help them only to wait for drivethru orders to go out in priority. As busy as this location is it should be better staffed...read full review

Best DD in the 413 area! Fastest drive-thru throughout the region. I pulled up with 5 cars ahead of me and 4 minutes later pulled out with my order in hand. Employees have been very friendly, professional and great to deal with. Ofcourse the food is great too! Great job you guys!!
