This is worst DDs in the Springfield and surrounding areas. And I've been to just about every DD in the Spfld, East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, Wilbraham, Enfield, & Chicopee locations. The employees are ghetto as you know what and have no manners whatsoever. No one even says hello at the drive through window, rather some sloppy employee just extends their arm out with a bag of who knows what lol. Half the time they don't even look you in the face when handing you the food, they're too busy chatting with coworkers to bother. You have to be careful when grabbing the bag from them. Twice they almost dropped my bags on the ground because they weren't even looking at me when handing over the food and coffee.I'm not sure what was going on there today, but once the window opened there was a constant flow of hot air blowing out like someone had a leaf blower going. It's obvious the management at this location have no grip on the business or their employees. I don't know how this location stays in business. You always have to check your bag because they don't ever get your order right. If you tell the employees you were missing something from your order, they act like you're making it up. I've had this happen about 5 or 6 times over the last 6 to 8 months. I've stopped going to this location, however once in a blue I tell myself to give them one more shot and every time they eff everything up. It used to be a pretty good location as far back as a few years ago, but it's straight garbage now.You order hasbrowns and they're either burnt to a crisp and so hard they could stop a bullet, or shredded into mush and crushed into the little bag. I've seen on multiple occasions employees open mouth blowing air on the machine that cooks the hashbrowns. I overheard one of the coworkers telling a new hire, they have to do that to prevent a fire from starting up with the machine.Good luck ordering any kind of coffee other than black. No one knows how to make a latte, caramel macchiato or any of their signature drinks. You're better off not to bother at all. It's like the employees get zero training. If you want some good DDs, I recommend the Enfield Elm St location. The workers are very friendly there. They get your orders right and the rare occasion they make a mistake they're glad to take care of it with no hassle.

Person who took my order said "what do you want?" I relayed my coffee order and she said "pull up." I was not done. I also ordered 2 toasted sesame bagels with butter and cream cheese. When I got home, found 2 untoasted bagels with butter only. My receipt says w/cream cheese and toasted. I'm sure they charge more for items I didn't get. Whoever was taking orders Tuesday 2/27/24@around 12:30, shame on you for a ruined DD experience.

Every day for 3 weeks I have stopped at this location on my way to my new job @ 7:00am. My coffee order has been incorrect every day, the donuts/muffins/coffee rolls are always stale and have a stale taste (even though it's first thing in the morning), and the staff speaks over the drive through speaker as if you are inconveniencing them. Even though this location is on my way to work I will start going slightly out of my way to get better service, fresher food and the correct coffee.

I'd give one star but they were severely short staffed. They had three people working the morning rush. I made an order on the app thinking it would save time. It took me about ten minutes to get there. Then I left after waiting another ten minutes in the store without receiving my order. People at the front counter had to yell to get someone to finally come help them only to wait for drivethru orders to go out in priority. As busy as this location is it should be better staffed during busy hours.

Terrible service every time. Food is always cold and never toasted. They need to fix this. Ordered extra toasted and it was colder than usual. I have completely given up on this location. Wait time in drive through was almost 40 minutes. I went inside a few weeks ago and stood at the counter for a minimum of 25 minutes and one employee halfway through said they would be with me in a minute. 15 minutes later I finally had my order taken and was extremely disappointed because I ordered wakeup wraps and they were not cooked and cold and I could not eat them. I would rather drive a longer distance than deal with this location again.

What a few trips to this DD is like:You're the only customer in the drive thru, but you sit at the speaker for 15 minutes before anyone talks to you.You order a hot coffee, but get handed either an iced, or the worst thing ever: luke-warm room temp coffee. You order for online pick-up, but you still have to wait a half hour in the store. You see a pile of order slips on the counter that hasn't been touched. You get rude service from employees that openly admit to hating their job. They're always either arguing with customers or with each other. One will surely quit on the spot while you're in line.I'm confident that a new manager who is intelligent and experienced with fast-paced food service will no doubt turn this place around and give it an overhaul. Until then, avoiding like the plague.

Just spent 40 minutes in the drive thru and ended up leaving. Inside also had a very long line.
