Best service ever at a Dunkin. This location is severely understaffed, though. My pick up orders are never ready when I get there BUT when I get there, their employees do not show any signs of stress. They aren’t upset and are never nasty. They are always above and beyond nice. My coffee always comes out perfect (this is the one Dunkin I can say I’ve never gotten an iced coffee that tastes like toilet water). They keep forgetting my stuff! Every single time! I ask for two donuts I get one. They NEVER tell you how much you are spending at the drive-through. Also they keep burning my sandwiches! Why? It shouldn’t be THAT hard to reheat.

Worst dunkin ever. Ive been drinking dunkin for 20+ years and this is the only location that will get it wrong every single time. Honestly, it’s like they reuse the coffee grounds. It’s brown water, not coffee. You’re better off down the street, at the parker and wilbraham location.
