Worst dunkin ever. Ive been drinking dunkin for 20+ years and this is the only location that will get it wrong every single time. Honestly, it’s like they reuse the coffee grounds. It’s brown water, not coffee. You’re better off down the street, at the parker and wilbraham location.

Best service ever at a Dunkin. This location is severely understaffed, though. My pick up orders are never ready when I get there BUT when I get there, their employees do not show any signs of stress. They aren’t upset and are never nasty. They are always above and beyond nice. My coffee always comes out perfect (this is the one Dunkin I can say I’ve never gotten an iced coffee that tastes like toilet water). It is really upsetting to watch employees have to run from the drive thru window to the register to the pick up orders because they are so understaffed. I commend them on how nice they are considering the circumstances. I know I would have trouble remaining calm and nice if I were that stressed!Dietary restrictions: milk alternatives

This Dunkin location has gone downhill. The wait in drive-thru is outrageous, even worse inside. You get to the intercom and your left there saying “hello, hello” only to say we will be with you. When they take your order they rush you and are rude and STILL get your order incorrect.Not so long ago, the girl at the drive-thru counter was handling my money while on her cell phone. Took her time because her 3 inch nails wouldn’t allow her to grab the coins properly. No thank you, no have a good day and always NO napkins with your order.I prefer to drive out of my way to Cottage Street for quicker service.

The lobby is closed on random days even though the drive thru is open. Meanwhile I go there on foot and cannot get service during open hours. Worst part is, I call and the phone gets answered and then placed down. No one says hello. I hang up and call back and continuously get a busy signal. So dunkin donuts must be the best place to work because apparently you don't need to do your job.
