Nice little spot for hard and soft serve ice cream, located on the side of Frankie and Johnny's Pizza. I believe they serve Hood brand ice cream, rather than making their own, but it is pretty good. Seating is all outside on a few benches on the edge of the parking lot, which is better than nothing, but could be a whole lot better. Staff are friendly and portions are generous for the reasonable prices.
I'm a little biased, but I love this place. Things that you can count on: Quick service. No BS. Decent prices. Good size portions. Staff is quick and courteous. Things I love: The unique style of the pizza! Great sauce to cheese to crust ratio. They don't skimp on the ingredients or toppings. There's no cornmeal or butter at the bottom, and the crust has a bready taste and dense feel. The cheese blends through the ingredients rather than sitting on top. I'm a fan.
