Ordered a small pizza . Had to make it my own "combination" by ordering toppings individually. Most places still have a " combo " on their menu. Was extremely disappointed trying to find to meat toppings, especially the hamburger. There were literally six tiny pieces, each the size of a pea ,on the whole pizza. Minimal pepperoni. I think they try to camouflage these shortcomings by CUTTING THE WHOLE PIZZA INTO 2 INCH SQUARE PIECES! Literally bite size! Wow! Not reminiscent of the Frankie and Johnnie's I had when I was a kid in the70's & 80's, despite the website history stating they use the same recipes passed on from original owners.

The Pizzeria is open. The Scoopis closed until Spring. :(

An average ice cream spot with common flavors. Fair in terms of quality.

Great neighborhood pizza, grinder & Italian food spot. Very reasonable prices for delicious food served by a friendly staff. Try their meatball or cheese steak grinders, we love them!

Nice little spot for hard and soft serve ice cream, located on the side of Frankie and Johnny's Pizza. I believe they serve Hood brand ice cream, rather than making their own, but it is pretty good. Seating is all outside on a few benches on the edge of the parking lot, which is better than nothing, but could be a whole lot better. Staff are friendly and portions are generous for the reasonable prices.

I'm a little biased, but I love this place. Things that you can count on: Quick service. No BS. Decent prices. Good size portions. Staff is quick and courteous. Things I love: The unique style of the pizza! Great sauce to cheese to crust ratio. They don't skimp on the ingredients or toppings. There's no cornmeal or butter at the bottom, and the crust has a bready taste and dense feel. The cheese blends through the ingredients rather than sitting on top. I'm a fan. I ate here twenty years ago but moved out of town. I searched for a similar pizza but couldn't find it in New York or Boston or New Haven. I recently moved back to town and was terrified that it might not be as good as I remembered. It was even better. And after four months, I've found it to be consistent. I almost always get the pizza, because I can't find one like it anywhere else. If it sounds delicious to you, you will not be disappointed.

The pizza here is good but nothing special. The crust seems fresh, the cheese heavily processed, the pepperonis average. They could have cooked it an extra minute or 2. The tuna salad was great. Wasn't overly mayonnaisey as they sometimes are. As a proud 42 year old fat kid, I never expected to enjoy a salad more than a pizza, but alas here we are!!!

This may be the worst pizza I've ever had. Within minutes of delivery, we dove in only to discover that the crust was incredibly difficult to chew. Just pulling two pieces apart to put one on my plate was difficult. I had to saw through it to get them apart. Both my husband and I just confessed to each other that eating this pizza made our teeth hurt. My husband and I always order extra so we can have cold pizza for breakfast. But considering how difficult it was to eat when it was still hot, we're not interested in finding out how much worse it is when cold.
