“This place is so adorable! We had lunch here and everything is beautifully decorated. (Antique aesthetic) The service was wonderful and they even have the cutest gift shop too! I wouldn't recommend the turkey sandwich, but all of the other food was good! Great place to take grandparents - I would definitely come back if I'm in the area :)“

“As a vegetarian I was more than impressed by the plant based options both appetizers and main. All the food had deep complex flavors which were delicious. The hummus plate and roasted parsnips appetizers were incredible. I had the lentil tofu main and really enjoyed it, full of different textures and very satisfying. It's hard to find a restraunt that truly embraces plant based while also keeping meat eaters happy. My partner had the beef tenderloin and was equally impressed. Restraunt had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It is small so if you prefer a table over the bar a reservation would be recommended. Bar service for us was a pleasant experience with very attentive service.“

“Had an amazing couple’s getaway to this cozy lodge. Very rustic feel and super homey. Great place to unplug and escape reality for a bit! Highlights included the cozy common area in the main lodge with board games and our two meals (breakfast and dinner included with the reservation) at the restaurant. We also went on a nice ~2 hour hike right from the lodge to a beautiful waterfall. A fantastic deal and we’ll be coming back!“

“We were early and ate in the bar section. As out of towners it was fun to share in the energy of what we perceived as the locals getting out of work. Food very good with excellent service.Next time we have an opportunity to visit the Priest that married us this is where we will go.“

“We loved The Elm. Our first time and we will return whenever we are in Great Barrington. Adrian visited our table which was fun. The service was excellent. The food was outstanding: four appetizers, four main plates. And the wine list is superb. Oh, and one of us had a couple very creative cocktails. Highly recommended!“

“Had us drive 3+ hour for a tour of the venue to potentially have our wedding there when they fully knew that the facility was closing down. They didn’t divulge any of that to us and completely wasted our time. Led us completely astray when they could have been transparent and honest and saved us a weekend of traveling. Further, the woman we were supposed to meet with didnt even show up and the person we met with didnt know about wedding details and was completely off base with prior conversations we had. I would suggest looking else where as this place is clearly is between management companies and transitioning to other things.“

“My husband and I stopped here in our way through Lee, MA. From the older gentleman that greeted us with a sparkle in his eye when he smiled and a great sense of humor to the wait staff ... everyone was lovely, personable and accommodating. My husband had the duck and I had the fish and chips. They came quickly and both were so delicious! The fries were especially good! Our cheese cake was equally as good! Thank-you Morgan House for a great kick off to our 52nd anniversary ! Highly recommend !“
