The bartender, Daisy, is an absolute industry legend and made me this mezcal cocktail that I would sacrifice an appendage for. And yes, also.... The service was flawless. Carl, the director, was at the door and greeted me with a smile and welcoming energy. And like... damn dude... chill... what restaurant DO is in the floor crushing the service game? I'll tell you... him. The food is wild. Pimento Mac and cheese? Bro... they literally put the MAC in Mac and cheese. No wonder French Montana names his mixtapes Mac and cheese . Coleslaw f***s. The dishes were creative and delicious, the staff welcoming and wonderfully attentive, and the waterfront setting made it a great Boston destination. Plus the owner/chef spent some time chatting with the guests which made the night even more special- especially since it was a birthday gift for one of my friends! We all agreed it was one of our favorite dining experiences. Looking forward to more events like this.“

“Ok so first point is the food was awesome. Friendly staff, and good location. The price is good, a little less than typical for bbq. We had 3 meals which consisted of brisket, ribs and half chicken with the sides of Mac n cheese (which to me could use a little smoke flavor or cheese with a little more flavor. Could just be a personal preference. ) baked beans and Brussel sprouts.Overall fantastic meal for good price.They need a bigger seating area but for a new BBQ place in New England they are on their way to becoming well known for great food. “Very lively vibe , the bowling lanes here is soo cool and modern , it’s one of the best bowling alleys for fun, the music here was soo good that you will feel lively the food was also good and the service was o. “This BBQ place is a bit unique, with an offering of a variety of BBQ skewers and some cooked dishes and sides. The kitchen does the grilling and then the cooked food is brought to your table, so you're not doing the grilling. Our favorite dish is actually the cucumber salad which was a little spicy, salty and sweet. It was expensive for cucumbers but very tasty and I think worth the money. The special lamb and cumin skewers were tender and tasted quite good. The grilled croaker was decent but had to watch out for the little bones. We also tried the fish tofu, string beans, and beef skewers which were just OK. The potato fried rice was satisfying. $75 for two of us with beer, mango smoothie and tips, so not bad considering we had a good amount of food. Wait staff was very efficient. 6pm on Fri night, restaurant was not crowded. I'm glad this restaurant is in the neighborhood. It's not your standard fare and we quite enjoyed it.“

“Great food and service! There were 5 of us and we sat in the bar. We all got hamburgers and it was BOGO. One of the best around. Cooked to each person's liking, it was hot, juicy and well seasoned. Great portions of onion rings and fries. Our server was so nice yet professional and boy was she on the ball! Attentive to empty glasses a big plus. All orders were correct. I will definitely be back for music bingo. Nice to have a restaurant who does it right.“

“What a perfect little BBQ place in Arlington, MA! When you enter, you place your order at the cash register, and they tell you when your food is ready. There is no table service. I ordered the North Carolina pulled pork sandwich without the bun (for GF) with green beans and baked beans. The portions were so large that I took half of the pulled pork home! Three other people in my party ordered the BBQ burrito and thought it was delicious! Another person ordered the Texas Hot Links Platter, and they also took home leftovers.There were multiple choices for the flavor of their homemade BBQ sauce, and I actually bought a bottle of their original sauce to bring home! The shop had only 3 small tables for seating, but many customers were picking up take out.Dietary restrictions: Right away I asked which of their foods contained gluten. The person who took my order was knowledgeable and pleasant. They easily explained that their meats and most sides were gluten free while the obvious things such as Mac&cheese, the cornbread, and the sandwich buns were not.“

“Consistent throughout the years. Prices have jumped quite a bit but I'll happily pay for their high quality steak tips rather than cheaper, lesser quality elsewhere. As always, the antipasto salad and rice pilaf never disappoint. The staff is always very sociable and quick to joke around with ya. Originally from Massachusetts and now in Manchester NH, I gladly make the drive multiple times a year. Also I quite enjoy the old feeling of the place as it hasn't changed one bit since I was a kid 30 years ago but as old as everything is, it's always very clean.“
