The service over the phone was terrible, the guy answered with a tremendous lack of desire, and the food was missing items, I ordered 2 different lunch boxes and they sent the same ones, they only changed the meat.
I went here for the first time today. Right when you walk up to the counter, the lady greets you and asks how you are doing. She doesn't move on to the next customer until she's finished with the person there to pick up their order they called in. She answered all my questions, giving descriptions of the food on display. This restaurant makes super delicious foods. Their pizza is amazing, not drenched in grease, not soggy or too floppy. They do a nice job! Also! My mom is 100% Italian and she is very particular with her eggplant Parmesan and I got an eggplant Parmesan sub and we both loved it. It was incredible. Then I got one of their Brazilian Koshiña.
