This restaurant makes super delicious foods. Their pizza is amazing, not drenched in grease, not soggy or too floppy. They do a nice job! Also! My mom is 100% Italian and she is very particular with her eggplant Parmesan and I got an eggplant Parmesan sub and we both loved it. It was incredible. Then I got one of their Brazilian Koshiña. I’m not sure how to spell it, but it’s so good. It’s one of my favorite treats here. Lastly I ordered a creamy, chocolatey, passion fruit filled cake that was unbelievable. This is one of the best pizza parlors I’ve been too and I love the Brazilian twist they put on their menu. I definitely recommend trying their food!

The service over the phone was terrible, the guy answered with a tremendous lack of desire, and the food was missing items, I ordered 2 different lunch boxes and they sent the same ones, they only changed the meat.

I went here for the first time today. Right when you walk up to the counter, the lady greets you and asks how you are doing. She doesn't move on to the next customer until she's finished with the person there to pick up their order they called in. She answered all my questions, giving descriptions of the food on display. The place was clean, very organized and the seats at the tables are comfortable. I ordered a small chicken kabob bomb sub and it's amazing! The pieces of chicken are big and seasoned well. I will definitely return because the prices are good and the lady at the counter is very friendly!

Well , if you want a roast beef, just don't. But if you want a Pizza , GO FOR IT ,brazilian style that I doubt you will be able to eat it alone, specially the house special, atmosphere is great , but place could get little more attention on maintenance and restroom,

This used to be my favorite place to get a roast beef sandwich. They would shave the prime rib fresh for your order. I ordered from there today and the roast beef sandwich I got was the worst I've ever had. The meat was brown and presliced as if it came out of a hillshire farms deli container. It was also served hot and was a mess. It was nothing like the pink prime rib new england roast beef sandwich from before.The plan was for me and my husband to split a super beef. We both only took one bite each and threw it away. It was terrible. We ordered fries which were fine and buffalo fingers that were just ok. I also ordered regular chicken fingers that we didn't get but also weren't charged for. I typically never do this and I'm saddened that I have to as I used to rave about the roast beef sandwich here. It looks like other reviews had a similar experience and I hope they go back to the roast beef sandwiches they used to make..

I hate to leave a bad review, but a North Shore roast beef sandwich is a regional specialty, and it's a very specific thing that people are expecting. Rare to medium rare top round sliced so thin that it melts in your mouth, and then covered with James River sauce. Like others have said, this appears to be pre-sliced roast beef like you'd get at a deli counter. It did have James River sauce on it, but unfortunately it's just not a North Shore beef.

Definitely don't go for their roast beef sandwich. Just like in the other review, I could only describe it as similar to grocery store pre-sliced roast beef that's been sitting around for a few days.The only reason I'm giving it a 2 and not 1 star is that the curly fries we got were hot and crispy.

Horrible. The word roast beef is in their name, but these were the worst super beefs I've ever had. The quality was literally grocery store over cooked roast beef, and there was only 3 to 4 slices of roast beef on each of the sandwiches. They were mostly bread. Also ordered them with cheese, sauce and mayo which was a joke. They gave horseradish sauce instead of mayo on them. Used to love this place. Not sure if I can trust getting food from them again.
