I have had the Camarones and the shrimp has been tender and juicy. Have had the Charizo and sometimes can be dried out. Highly recommend for anyone not afraid of flavor and eating with their hands.“

“Tried the late night quick service side of the restaurant and went into the speakeasy section for drinks after.Tacos were so delicious, some of the best I’ve had in Boston. The menu now has a few different options from the one in the photos (I didn’t take a picture of the menu sorry) but I went with the tacos Daniel our server at the window recommended!The bone marrow birria was so juicy and full of flavor, definitely recommend. And the Chicken Tika was great. Ordered a bunch more I can’t remember. Definitely try the salsas/sauces that are at the counter, they were SO flavorful especially the chipotle and habanero ones.Drinks at the bar were absolutely delicious! And the DJ was playing some really great music. Great atmosphere for a date or group.“

“Amazing food and great service. We tried this cozy little restaurant last week and can not stop talking about how amazing the food is, especially the Chicken Nachos! Everything is made fresh, and not smothered in cheese so it is healthier but not lacking any flavor. We can’t wait to go back.“

“Went for the 1st time 6wks ago after a wake with a friend, have been back 3x since, bringing all of my besties for the same leisurely, lovely experience. We usually get a few delicious apps (best homemade chicken tenders I've ever had) & a gourmet pizza. The food is great and the servers are warm and truly personable. “A+ 5 stars, will absolutely be back for more.Visited Bow Market and was immediately drawn in by the smell. I had a Crispy Beef Barría Taco with consomé and the green salsa. The taco was super crispy and filled with cheese and barría. The consomé was great and they gave plenty to go with the taco. The green salsa was delicious! It was immediately spicy and then cooled to a great flavor. It wasn't spicy for the sake of spicy. Excellent choice and will definitely be back for more. 100% my go to place for barría, or if I'm craving something savory and spicy.“

“Stopped in here for a quick dinner and drinks before a concert at MGM. Service at the smaller bar up front was fast and attentive. It was busy but not overly packed. My husband and I ordered the Queso Dip as an app, the chips were warm and fresh and the dip was gooey and piping hot. We had 2 each of the Crispy Carnitas and Crispy Battered Cod tacos to share. They were both delicious! We also had 2 Little Devil margaritas, which brought a little heat but were not overpoweringly spicy. Great food and service, the atmosphere is really cute and funky. My only complaint is that the ladies room was hot and messy.“

“One of those spots you just have to try when you go to time out market. Seating is open family style tables which was nice Ordering was quick and easy- no cash just credit card. The tacos were great and super filling. Cool flavor profiles too. For the price, I am not sure if it was worth the two tacos you get. Not a ton of fish in them, mostly rice. It was awesome it didn't fall apart when you were in the middle of eating it.“

“this was my first time trying la mesa, all my friends swearrrr up and down that this is chelsea’s finesttt and some even say mass’s finest for birria tacos. I will say they was veryyyy good but they did lack some seasoning/ flavor tasted pretty bland but i still ate them tf up left no crumbs, besides that it was very good the way they are presented is def a 10/10 and texture is perfect id def recommend trying?“

I got the pescado taco and street corn, the latter of which may have been the best thing I had to eat on my trip. The tortillas are made in house. The bartender was super nice and attentive. I'll go again the next time I'm in the area and try more things on the menu.“
