Workers were baffled that we expected coffees at the window, after ordering coffees through the speaker. They didn’t know our order. The confusion level was as if we knocked on a neighbors window looking for coffee. For some reason they were all leaking coffees too.
I just want to say I was acting like a j*** because the doors were not open at this location I called and complained a was rude and the manager exsplained what the reason was and I apologize for my remarks keep up the good work

This dunkins is horrible. Mainly due to the people working there. One seems heavy on who knows what and mumbles under her breath about the burden of having 4 people in line. Hello? You work at Dunkins. And the woman at the drive thru who acts as if she is in charge is incredibly rude.
