IMO Dunkin Donuts in general has gone downhill in the last few years. Corporate decided to tell the franchises how to run their business and made it so the Dunkin donuts that actually cared can't show that anymore to their customers!This dunkin' donuts in particular the servers don't know how to take orders and when you point out that they got the order completely wrong after they repeated it back to you they give you attitude!

This dunkins is horrible. Mainly due to the people working there. One seems heavy on who knows what and mumbles under her breath about the burden of having 4 people in line. Hello? You work at Dunkins. And the woman at the drive thru who acts as if she is in charge is incredibly rude.

Horrible customer service - the drive thru person had such an attitude- if you don’t want people to ask a question don’t work in customer service. Find another job. Coffee was not made correctly - whoever that is that works on Sunday morning should do something else. Soooo rude!!!!!

Ordered 2 wake up wraps and only received one. Reached out to get a refund. Operations Manager, Carol, asked if I wanted to be emailed a gift card to be reimbursed and I agreed. Over an entire month and multiple emails later with no response and I have still not received the money for the item I did not receive. I will no longer be a patron of this location.

I had to repeat my order twice! And yet they still got my order wrong when I tried to tell them where rude and disrespectful. And no refund.
Stopped by for a breakfast run, and the experience was extremely disappointed. The harsh brown was frozen cold in the center, and the worst with the turkey egg and cheese sandwich- burnt charcoal. I understand that the harsh brown was undercooked, but the sandwich is literally burnt black. And still serve to the customer?!?! This is ruined my day

Slowest. Dunkin. EVER. There were 3 people inside and 4 cars and yet it took 35 mins to get breakfast sandwich made.They also had 3 people in the kitchen so it's not like they were short handed.The most inefficient and inexperienced crew.

Workers were baffled that we expected coffees at the window, after ordering coffees through the speaker. They didn’t know our order. The confusion level was as if we knocked on a neighbors window looking for coffee. For some reason they were all leaking coffees too.

Converted my points to coffee. Ordered a cold brew and was told that cold brew is not coffee. I drove away at that point because they stopped to that level . Not worth another stop here.
I have been drive-thru many times for signature latte and everything had a good service. Never been inside or tried any food.
