They absolutely ALWAYS forget drinks and chips and are unapologetic about it. Happened just now and now I can say we are DONE with this location and their awful service!
I visited D'Angelo today for lunch. I asked for a small #9 in a pocket. I expressly stated, "no peppers." The young woman taking the order was very impatient and she acted as though I was an annoyance, not a paying customer. D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches offers a friendly and efficient service, with staff who are kind, professional, and attentive to dietary needs. The Korean BBQ steak and cheese sandwich is a highlight, and vegetarian options are clearly labeled. The location has easy parking and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Customers can expect their orders to be ready quickly, even when the restaurant is busy.
The subs are scrumptious and delicious, and the staff is friendly, which always makes the quality better. They are also amazing with an autistic customer's son, being patient and kind, and making the food beautifully nice and spicy, just as requested. The customer feels very comfortable with the staff and the restaurant, and they now visit frequently at the son's request.
When a customer couldn't get a pocket, the server suggested a wrap, which turned out to be delicious. The parking is located in a small plaza on Washington Street.
