We just stopped for coffee this morning and Leo was hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin’s anywhere!! He was funny and super friendly! Congrats on having such a valuable employee. Thanks for our coffee and the laughs Leo!
Girl who took the order claimed "The strawberry dragon fruit was still being unloaded" so we ordered 2 different refreshers. We are regulars there and so they had 2 strawberry dragon fruit ready for us. But we were under the assumption that they were out, so either A) the girl who took the order didn't know or B) lied to us. I think her name is Elisha or Ellis (like the island).
