“We have purchased ice cream at Bernie's for a few years, but the name on the roof of the store is now, Delicious MV, French Bakery Cafe. The entry is a bit confusing. You enter through the bakery on the right and then go into the ice cream parlor. Exit from the parlor. We were a group of seven ranging over many years of age. Everyone selected a different flavor and topping, but everyone loved their ice cream. The staff were polite and engaging. Prices are typical for Vineyard Haven.“

“3 simple words: BEST FUDGE EVER! If you're in vineyard Haven any time soon this is a must go you will not regret it! But that's not the only thing! The costumer service is amazing! And they have so many different flavors it might take you half an hour to pick one out. I love this place“

“Loved the ice cream here! They have gluten free and vegan options galore! Owner is super sweet and accommodating towards Celiac and vegans. They even have a gluten free, vegan ice cream sandwich! I can usually tell when ice cream is vegan but this was Amazing! Also had regular ice cream and it was creamy and fantastic. A must go! ❤️❤️❤️“

“Great local ice cream. Not many carry grapenut flavor but they do-my favorite. You can buy it by the quart as well. Plenty of places to sit outside. Great family place and several bring their dogs. I can't fault them for price because everyone is pretty much the same but the prices are too high. I can't imagine taking a whole family out for a cone.“

As someone with Celiac who often has to miss out on treats due to gluten, I’m grateful for this detail.The place is small and tight, and usually packed. “Ice Cream Shoppe [Martha's Vineyard MA]This is a cute little ice cream shop with fun interior aesthetics. It mimicked the nostalgic charm of the carousel from The Flying Horses Carousel. It had an old wooden phone from the early 1900's, and there were a couple of wooden horses too. I'm not sure if you can mount them or they're just for looks. Lots of vintage photos hung on the walls. Seating is limited inside but it wasn't busy when we went. Very clean shoppe.Unfortunately, we just had ice cream from another shoppe in Edgartown so we didn't have any this time. We were parched from the day's activities so we purchased drinks instead. Service was friendly. “Wow! This ice cream is incredible. The service was awesome too. They let me try like 50 flavors, sorry to be that annoying person, but there were so many good choices I HAD to sample them. Again, they were so patient and kind. Awesome service. A little pricey, but worth it. I ultimately bought 3 pints (no regrets!) of the carrot cake (I still think about this one), the salted caramel truffle, and the mocha Joe (I don't even drink coffee and I liked this, it's filled with Oreo chunks but not overly sweet). Notable mentions were the heath bar crunch (yum!) and the brown sugar banana (aka bananas foster), I was outvoted otherwise that Heath bar would've been grabbed as well. The ice cream was rich and creamy, deeply flavorful, just dreamy. I was impressed with the texture too. After being in the freezer for several hours (and then 24 hours later) it was never rock hard, it remained easily scoop-able. I imagine that's a signal of the quality. I have no confirmation, but I'm thinking higher fat content and good quality fat so less ice crystals and hardness? Idk and it doesn't matter. The point is this is flavor town & you should check it out. The carrot cake was my favorite. It took me back to thanksgiving and my grandmas famous sweet potato pie. Hope you love it as much as I did.Pro-tip: Go grab a pie from pie chicks & have it with your ice cream!“

“Best soft serve around. I'm from off Cape and when we can always make effort to stop and get sundays. They listen to your request and make it your way, how great.Other shops just stick to there standards, why bother going if you can't get what you want. I'll always be a customer. Thank you.“

“If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. My husband and I have been coming here for years in our beautiful little town of Falmouth. Before we went on our Boston Valentine's Day Trip we stopped off at Ghelfi's and I picked out all my favorite chocolates and truffles. They were amazing as always and hands down the best chocolates around! However I noticed a few chocolates were not the ones I ordered but ones that were very similar. They both look exactly the same but a few were raspberry chips instead of peppermint chips. I called them up and told them. They exceeded expectations and were so gracious and generous. Goodness this is what you call customer service. You can tell they really value their customers and that's why we are life long customers. We travel all around the world and my husband and I agree , Ghelfi's has the best chocolate and best customer service. Don't give anywhere else a thought. Go to Ghelfi's Forever!Beckey and Charlie“

“We came into the Big Dipper for ice cream and a cup of cappuccino. Very friendly staff and had a good variety of sweet ice creams. We ordered a cup of mint-chocolate chip, which was good and did not melt quickly. We also added nuts on top. The cappuccino was mediocre but the ice cream hit the spot for a hot summer day!“

“One of my favorite places on island! have been a long time customer and cannot say enough about how amazing it is to walk in the doors, feel welcomed and well taken care of. The staff is amazing, the froyo, assortment of toppings and fresh fruit is worth the trip. “A theme I found in Martha’s Vineyard was the feeling of being rushed. I ordered their lobster roll. The cashier rung me up. I wanted to add a soda. He rang me up again and then I decided I should get a water. The cashier rolled his eyes harder than a heavy rock rolling down a steep hill. While I get that I didn’t order everything at once. It’s my first time here and I was looking around.The lobster roll was good and apparently a small bag of lays potato chips are included.
