Open late even on Sundays. Extensive menu. Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from, lots of toppings and other options. They serve food as well. I really enjoyed the sundae I ordered and my husband enjoyed the milkshake he ordered. Customer service was top notch and we got our order quickly. We highly recommend Ice Cream Factory!
I have multiple food allergies that are hard to accommodate but I have been having good luck with finding soft serve that’s safe for me.The staff here were great and upon my request brought out the containers for the soft serve mix they use. To my delight, it was safe!!I had a great experience because of how kind and attentive the staff are. Thank you very much!! I’ll be back!

THIS place is a hidden gem! Order the cuban sandwich. The sandwich is made with ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard on a sub roll. IMO, best Cuban sandwich in Massachusetts. We have tried to find something similar within a 30 mi radius, no luck. Their pizza is good too. Staff is nice. Not much seating so we recommend take out.
