The manager Jerry was absolutely phenomenal. We haven’t had such incredible customer service in a very long time. We asked for a change in our order (which was our own fault) and he handled it with such class and generosity, he remade our sandwich and even added in a French fry out of pure kindness. The menu prices have jumped by a lot, almost $80 for four people. It’s not even close to affordable. Cutting back on large fry portions and that alone was $8. My vegetarian sandwich bun was small and tasted old.This meal was our last at five guys.

I’m surprised to see anything less than 5 star ratings for this specific location. Okay, sure, Five Guys is expensive- but that’s a corporate issue, not a location issue. The crew here is beyond kind, and for a group of generally younger adults, their professionalism is really beyond what I’d expect.
