“I’m surprised to see anything less than 5 star ratings for this specific location. Okay, sure, Five Guys is expensive- but that’s a corporate issue, not a location issue. The crew here is beyond kind, and for a group of generally younger adults, their professionalism is really beyond what I’d expect. The kindness extended to one another is really great to see, and tonight I actually was “that person” who told the manager to keep up whatever it is that he’s doing, because he’s doing it right. Gabriel and staff, you should be proud of yourselves for creating such a great atmosphere at your place of employment. Thank you also for treating my gluten allergy with genuine care and consideration- I appreciate it so much.“

“Zay our server did his job perfectly. Friendly with a smile. The kitchen forgot the bacon on my sandwich but gave me some as soon as I mentioned it. My wife’s potato bun however was not so good. It looked and felt like it was put under a steamer then left to dry out.“

“Haven’t had a Five guys burger in a long time. This Dedham location was good when I use to come here back before the pandemic. So was craving a burger and ordered double patty and bacon & cheese with lettuce and tomato extra pickles and a small fries and a large fountain drink. The staff person that took my order was friendly with a smile, the place was clean inside which was good to see. I love that you can watch your food being cooked, the cook was on point on the grill and I was happy with what I saw. Got my order in a timely fashion. Sat down to eat and it was awesome my burger was cooked perfectly, meat tasted good the bacon was crispy and cooked thoroughly! The fries are as good as I remembered! Sales up just enough and hot but delicious! I was a happy happy customer! I will be back again this was such a treat! Thanks a lot Five guys! For the great customer service and the great tasting burger & fries both well cooked!“

“if you are by yourself do not ever order a large fries with your burger. It is enough for four people. Unless you want to feed the ducks in the park. the quality of the burgers are outstanding and you can choose a lot of free toppings. The price is a bit more than a fast food burger joint but the quality and size more than make up for that. Plus before you start free peanuts. The buns are super fresh and the soda if refillable eat in or take out. the staff is quick and friendly. good parking always . a great stop for the family. Have kids get the large fries they love them.“
