“Even though Janines Frostie is more than an hour away, the drive is always worthwhile.Excellent food and ice cream, amiable service, and regular live music make this a fantastic stop for foodies on a day trip or weekend getaway. Janines will provide a wonderful treat to cap off your day, whether it's after a bike ride, a Sunday drive, a stroll through Quabbin, or just a trip to have ice cream with the kids. The menu offers a good selection of seafood dishes in addition to the more unusual pot roast poutine, corn dogs, sassy sow dogs, and hamburgers and hot dogs.”
“Absolutely love this place. Whenever I happen to ride into Ware I just pray he's there and not gone for a fair or event. Usually can smell the BBQ before I actually see the place and get so excited.”
“Just started going there since way back. Food is always great so far, service is great and love sitting at a counter instead of a booth...Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian, so have a salad...Dietary restrictions: I'm sure they can and will accommodate...Parking: Plenty of spaces...Kid-friendliness: As always...Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely...”
“We have dined here several times since they have opened. We are always pleased with the service and food. The portions are huge, and the pricing for these portions is very reasonable. The ambiance compliments the name the restaurant perfectly, a very barnyard feel. The owners, Lori and Gary are always on the floor engaging with the patrons and staff. Even before they sold their first breakfast, they donated a gift certificate to us for a raffle we were having. This restaurant, the staff, and owners have been a wonderful addition to our town!”
“Excellent food. Been eating lunch here for a few weeks now. Parking is convenient. Orders are quick and delicious. I enjoy supporting small local businesses. There’s nothing like a homemade meal.”

“A long time favorite place to get a very good sub ( grinder). I always try to get one whenever I'm in the area. Probably the best place, I've ever gotten a sub. The Italian sub is awesome.”
“I definitely would give Mexicali 5 stars speaking generally! The only thing I would say is they rush when you sit down and really don't give you time to think what you would want! I recommend going there and eating because I got an order and it was not good at all but when I went and dined in it was soooooo worth it! The drinks were amazing and the food is ON POINT from the seasoning to the presentation! Blessings Mexicali keep up the phenomenal work!Parking: It is located in a plaza so there is plenty of parking!Kid-friendliness: There are booths and high chairs also have a kids menu!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or stomp to get in or around the restaurant!”
“Literally who would have thought ware MassachusettsThey have a little bit of everything their pho soup is absolutely incredible one of the best I have tasted in great boneless spare ”
“Very efficient, professional employee quickly prepared four sandwiches perfectly. Food and bread were all 100% fresh. Highly recommend double meat on a smaller sandwich for more protein with less bread. Sparkling clean environment conveniently located inside Walmart. Great choice for an affordable, satisfying lunch, for example, on visitors’ day at summer camp.Dietary restrictions: Happily accommodated lactose intolerance issues.”
“Only drive though, quick, friendly, and order come correctVegetarian options: Bagels, crescent rolls, and donuts.Parking: Large lotKid-friendliness: Coffee shop. No one's gonna yell at you're kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level.”
“One of my favorite Chinese places, I've been to this restaurant throughout the years, even back when they still had the buffet. Lovely staff, amazing food, and overall good place to eat.”
“I went to subway with my toddler I and got a tuna sub with jalapeno peppers and tuna on his and the lady wasn't wearing a hair net or hat (important) then I got a all veggie sub and was surprised when they didn't have peanut butter. The food was fine except for the 2 foot long hairs I'my suns sub I was worried he would of choked on them (very scary). The workers were fine I guess but the floor was so sticky I could barely lift my foot. But despite all of that the food was great would recommend.”
“Surprisingly, for a burger joint, you would want to buy anything BUT burgers… Desserts are scrumptious, fries are crunchy and cravable, drinks are refreshing. The burgers themselves? Flat as a pancake, taste pretty microwaved instead of grilled, and half the time they get your order wrong. The other day, I ordered a “plain” and got greeted with a heap of ketchup and tomatoes.Again, everything else is spectacular, so if you’re eating here, I suggest you replace the burger with a 6 or 10 pc. McNuggets order. They’re crispy and very meaty, a good substitute.Kid-friendliness: Good, get them a Happy Meal or something and 9/10 times they’ll oblige to eating.Parking: Many spaces, some more shady (as in cool, not suspicious) than others. Maybe you’ll get lucky and find a cool spot, but no big deal if you don’t.”
“Oceana shaylee and Kyle all deserve a raise best customer service best food had such a wonderful experience they all deserve a raise they have the best customer service I’ve ever seen in my ”

“Great spot for breakfast and brunch! Awesome sandwiches and coffee on the go or even a place to eat. I highly recommend and well worth the price!! You get what you pay for. Give it a chance! Won’t be disappointed. Always great to support a small business. Also, friendly owners too”
“The food here is amazing and the employees are super nice and friendly and they always try to get to know everyone and treat you like family. The place is very clean and well decorated and has a nice vibe to it, and this place is so popular that it's always full of nice people and sometimes you have to make reservation and what's great is they will call and let you know when there's the free spot in everything super amazing. I highly recommend you coming here and checking it out”
“The food was amazingly good as far as what was ordered. I can only imagine how good the next order will be, can’t wait. Closest to Bx, Ny‘s Chinese I’ve had in 25 yrs!!!”
“While I may have a bias as a six year server at the Steaming Tender, I am truly blessed to be a part of our team. My fellow servers are genuinely friendly and eager to learn, each bringing their authentic personality and sense of professionalism to the table. Our bartenders mix and match with the best of them, whether you fancy one of our rotating local draft beers, a seasonally curated cocktail, or a classic mocktail for those lighter days, they'll prepare you a beverage that will hit the spot with finesse, know-how, and a great conversation. Our chefs are some of the hardest working people I know, consistently innovating and executing a complex array of well-crafted dishes. They can have a seemingly endless amount of orders coming into their kitchen and still put their hearts and souls into every diner's plate. And the best part is, our dishwashers work seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring you needn't worry about a thing. Steaming Tender is fully family owned and operated and it shows. Our management values input, seeks new ways to expand and improve, and strive to create a positive work environment. Lastly, but certainly not least, the preservation of this historical landmark of Palmer keeps our rich American history alive. I truly believe H.H. Richardson and Frederick Law Olmsted would be proud. If you appreciate delicious food, delightful service, and a deep dive into local history I encourage you to choo-choo-choose the Steaming Tender.Vegetarian options: Seasonal salads, secret garden veggie burger, basil pomodoroDietary restrictions: Vegan options, gluten free options. Accommodating kitchen.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love watching the trains go by, the birthday song, and sitting in the shoe shine station. The patio in the summer time is always a wow moment as well. Be sure to check out the grounds filled with antique stagecoach, train memorabilia, and genuine 1915 Porter Locomotive.Wheelchair accessibility: Sloped area in the curbing next to the red dining car, beside handicap parking.”

“007's a little doughy for my liking. Same for egg rolls. Everything else was good. Got 2 dinners @ $12.50/EA and split. It was around 8pm so it was quiet. My friend used the Ladies room and she said it was kinda dirty. I usually get dinners ToGo. For about $26 I have enough for days. Love Chinese leftovers!”
“Had dinner here last week and really enjoyed it. A nice change from large-scale mass-production restaurants. Only 8 tables here so we really felt taken care of my our server and the food was fresh and classic Italian. Not a super fancy place but nice family run restaurant. Definitely will come back!”
“Excellent place. Had a wonderful time at their fireplace feast. Tons of very good food. You will not leave hungry. Drinks were on the pricy side, but they pour generously and make very good drinks. Staff went out of their way to ensure every guest had a good time.Dietary restrictions: Staff go out of their way to make the meal fit your dietary needs. Had a person at our table with a dietary restriction and witnessed staff change out every portion of the meal that needed to be with a very appetizing substitute. Staff did a good job of making the substitutions without making a big deal of it.”
“Recently started going here, a few of us that works Saturday at my job take turns bringing in donuts I moved and now drive by this location twice daily, it has become our new spot. There are many flavors that the other donut place doesn't carry anymore. The staff is great, donuts are fresh and delish! And have yet to try the coffee but found out they have one of my favorite flavors! will be returning ❤️”
“I have been here a few times over the last year and a half. Every time the food has been great, the staff has been fantastic, and the portions for the price have been remarkable. Stop in if you haven't been by!”
“Found this place by accident on a recent trip to western MA. One of the better Italian meals have had outside of the north end in Boston. Super food with all the choices you could want. Many appetizers and mains of chicken, veal, pasta, seafood choices. Now I just have to make the trip to go back again. This meal made a long day from Boston to Western MA and back we'll worth the trip!!Parking: Plenty of free parking”
