Had great coffee and a blueberry muffin which was grilled and delicious! Everything coming off the grill looked great.Staff was very efficient and friendly. Cozy little cafe. Bring cash since they don't take credit cards. Only open for breakfast. I would recommend.

Friendly, efficient, personalized service from Kim. Can only speak for myself, based on a single visit but, like MacArthur, "I shall return." The American cheese omelet that was requested "not too well done" was perhaps the best omelet I have had anywhere. Perfect combination of flavor zbd texture The toast was cooked perfectly, and the home fries were real and very flavorful (although perhaps not ideally greasy), which is to say not 'deep-fryed'. The coffee was better than average for diner-like breakfast spots. The Pier View seems to be as good as it gets on the Cape.

What a great little restaurant! We always like to find the little local places to eat, especially for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with a big "welcome, sit anywhere you like". The food was very reasonably priced, perhaps because it is cash-only, no credit cards. We had no problem with that! The food was very good and plenty of it. I highly recommend!
