This location didn't include part of our take-out order and then refused to refund the amount they charged us for the missing item unless we came back IN PERSON to recieve the refund. They were very unhelpful and uncooperative on the phone and seemed very comfortable with taking our money for a product we didn't recieve. I'd recommend getting takeout from literally anywhere else until they advance to 2024 technology.

The chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich I ordered was horrible. It smelled like chemicals and tasted like chemicals. Even after being open to air for 1 hour it still smells strongly like disinfectant or some sort of chemical. i just hope I don’t get sick from the one bite I swallowed before realizing something is wrong with it. This is unacceptable and VERY dangerous!

Staff are quite incompetent and don't seem to speak English very well and mess up often, the food is fine but the bathrooms were dirtyParking: Parking is in front of the Panera with very few spots, maybe about 10 but there is a large garage behind the parking spots

This really is the worst Panera in the area. It’s obvious they are not even trying. Dirty and messy. Also, missing a lot of stuff you find in other Paneras like honey and cinnamon.I love Panera, but not this location.

Understaffed , cold offerings that were meant to be hot and toasted . Couldn't understand the barista with broken English . A chain store for sure.
If I can go bellow 1 star I would . If there's someone like a manager in charge you might get your order otherwise there's people behind the counter but not productive at all plus with construction going on there most the times all ways in are

I love Panera so much and will continue to go, but the manager was so rude here. The cook didn't take barely any bread out of my bread bowl so I had barely any soup in it. When I complained he yelled at the cashier for taking my trey back. That's understandable, but he said I'll take care of it. So I thought he was going to give me another, so I threw my bread bowl out and then he was mad that I threw it out. He got mad and made me a new one exactly how it's supposed to be made, but he made me feel like the whole thing was my fault with his rude words. When I originally got my order, the insides of the bread bowl wasn't even on the side of my meal, thats how you know not much bread was taken out.
