This really is the worst Panera in the area. It’s obvious they are not even trying. Dirty and messy. Also, missing a lot of stuff you find in other Paneras like honey and cinnamon.I love Panera, but not this location.
I love Panera so much and will continue to go, but the manager was so rude here. The cook didn't take barely any bread out of my bread bowl so I had barely any soup in it. When I complained he yelled at the cashier for taking my trey back. That's understandable, but he said I'll take care of it. So I thought he was going to give me another, so I threw my bread bowl out and then he was mad that I threw it out.
