My mom and I absolutely love Equal Exchange coffee! I purchased the decaf Breakfast Blend in 2 x 10 bags for her and I cannot wait to try Organic Cloudbreak from the Women in Coffee series!
Update on 03/12: After contacting their customer service, I got a very nice reply asking to give them another chance, that maybe I had a bad batch. The told me they would ship me another bag of coffee of my choice, so I picked the Ethiopian whole beans version. It arrived quickly at my house and I am much more pleased with the outcome.
