“North Elm Butcher Block saved our wedding day in Sept. 2023. The delivery driver we hired was a no-show and despite them being overwhelmed with several weddings that day, Alexis and Dan gave me a call and told me they felt terrible for what had happened and were going to take care of the delivery for us. From start to end, North Elm has been professional, kind and went above and beyond to take care of us.On top of this, the food is so delicious! Our guests were ranting and raving about the catering which included: mac & cheese (this went very fast), pulled pork, brisket, a variety of cold salads and more. So much of the food I ordered was gluten free which was great for multiple people with food allergies.I will definitely be going back for all our events.“
“People have been lining up for Vlad's since the moment their little trailer parked in a vacant lot downtown. Now they have a small tent AND a little oven trailer in many little vacant spaces around town, and still have a line. The person ahead purchased 10 pizzas (!!!). Simple, all of the pizzas come in the same size, and tons o' toppings . We do a mushroom olive combo. Always fresh toppings. Yum.My only disappointment is that the crust remains flaccid, even after reheating. Super floppy. Granted, the cheese and toppings stay on, but it makes navigating the holding of a hot slice difficult.“

“Jason and Stacey were wonderful to work with throughout our wedding planning and on our wedding day in August. Despite it being an exceptionally busy year, they made time to make sure they knew what we were looking for, tailored our menu to our preferences, and were kind and professional the entire time. We especially loved having Jason prepare us a sample meal in our own home where we got to know him a bit. I have to say that the salmon he made was some of the best I have ever had. Many guests commented on how much they liked the meal at our wedding. I can't really say enough good things about this service, would hire them again and would highly recommend.“
“Unique dishes, each with their own attitude with lots of options for dairy allergies. Seafood was cooked to perfection. The calamari was the best I've ever had. I wish there were more vegan options for dessert, but I was still able to order some delicious peach sorbet.“
