“bNapoli is one of the best, if not the best, Italian restaurants in the area. We have visited the restaurant twice, and both times have been exceptional, from service to food quality. If you ever can dine here, I 100% recommend you do! It's an excellent atmosphere for a date night or meeting with friends. We highly recommend all the dishes we have tried: Veal Bolognese, Salt-Brick Chicken, Margherita Pizza, and Ricotta Gnocchi. For dessert: Lemon Curd Brulee, Triple Cioccolato di Mousse, and Budino di Caffe. Lastly, the bread they bring you at the start is delicious! If you are up for an appetizer, we recommend the Truffle Fries.”

I had their Arabic platter chicken shawerma and it was okay, but I really didn't like that the chicken was ground. Authentic shawerma comes in chunks/slices of chicken, so that was a little weird. I would like to try their lamb shawerma and see how that goes as well.”

“It's a cute old school diner. We were a group of 5 with 3 kids and got right in. The staff was so accommodating and upbeat. They were very busy but we were able to order right away and our food came out shortly after. Everything we ordered was great and service was impeccable. “YOU MUST EAT HERE!Don't even get me started on my love of Bueno Y Sano. I started eating their burittos when I was an undergraduate student at Umass Amherst in 1997. Of course, part of what I love so much about the restaurant is the memories and nostalgia of the wonderful times spent at the Amherst location. However, the food is absolutely phenomenal. The burittos are big (they roll fatties), flavorful and delicious. The tortillas are perfection. The ingredients are top-notch. The salsa at the salsa bar has been the same delicious, homemade flavor since the day I first tasted it. Truth be told...I've stopped in the restaurant a time or two just to fill a little salsa container so I could get my fix. I'm not sorry about it.While the menu has expanded, the classics have not changed. Chicken, steak, shrimp, or veggie only burittos are perfect and delicious. I have been to the locations in Northampton, Springfield, West Springfield, and Amherst. The food is perfect ? at all of them. Folks, my wife (also Umass alum) and I have flown back from cities all over the world (literally) to find our way back to "Bueno" because we love it so much!! That's how delicious and perfect it is.If anyone ever tells you, "I don't get why you love Bueno Y Sano so much." Or "It's just ok. " Those are NOT your people. For a while they weren't getting it right but now they seem to be consistent with it and it's great. Great lunch Burger! Well, I am simply delighted that we *finally* ended up at Bnapoli recently for dinner. The fresh rolls that I thought nobody made anymore, the pleasant service, spectacular wine list, and just simply super fresh Italian dishes. I love going out to eat, and finding a chef's treasure chest of meals that are made with interesting homemade sauces or with unique ingredients that fit the seasons. I am also directing you to look at the photo of the bar where they have an apothecary of tinctures that are used in these delightful cocktails. I would not say that this is an inexpensive place to eat, but if you were going out to enjoy a good meal and enjoy the taste of your drink, enjoy the textures of your food, this is the place you want to be.”
