I NEVER write reviews or try to make anyone look bad but what i just experienced was extremely uncalled for..I will never go to this location again!!! I made a big order since I have a big family. Spent over $60 for our food just for it to look like it was ran over by a truck. The crunchwraps had like literally only wrap and crunchy taco like no meat or cheese in it the most craziest looking crunchwraps I’ve ever seen in my life all 3 of them looked like they took turns stomping on them before giving me my food . I got two party packs and they ruined that as well. The place was empty so it’s not like they were in a rush or anything I was the only customer so they were just lazy and inconsiderate seeing that my kids didn’t get to eat and now I just wasted money. They need better employees or some training asap. Again I will never go to this location again and I’m going to make sure everyone I know doesn’t either so they don’t have to waste their money! I literally want a refund

Kenny was patient with us while taking our order and made sure everything was accurate—he didn’t forget a single thing! Taco Bell should recognize his efforts and reward him for running their restaurant smoothly even after midnight! Wow we will always give Taco Bell our business

I think the employees who work nights here steal money from the store or just do not want to take orders by saying their card machine is not working and they are only taking cash. I have paid for my order with one person and have another person bring my food and tell me I didn't pay, only for the person who took my money to come say he already paid. The owner or manager definitely needs to have an eye on their their night shift.

nice taco bell, not the best area but the food was pretty good and the dude running the window with the glasses was really nice. be careful when navigating the drive thru, its quite narrow and easy to hit the curbs if you are not careful. also entering and exiting the parking lot this taco bell location is in is a bit confusing but overall pretty good for a taco bell in that part of springfield.
People were very nice and the place was clean. 5 stars! felt like a valued customer.

Taco Bell has gone down the drain. I ordered 3 meals and literally had a small spoon of hamburger or chicken in each taco. The chicken quesadilla was just literally two pieces of paper and cheese. $35 down the drain. Taco Bell will never see my money again and I will tell everyone about the horrible food you serve. Time to stop making tacos also this was the west Springfield taco hell

I would rate this a 0 out of 5. But since Yelp doesn’t let me do this I put 1 out 5. We ordered some food for a lot of people for $60+ then someone stole our food without our knowing. We were waiting for 40 minutes our food. We asked them twice if someone stole our food. On the third time they said we gave it to you. BUT THEY DID NOT. So we asked for refund politely. A lady came up to us screeching and yelling at us. Her breath smelled like cigarettes. But They did not give a refund FYI. So upset ruined my day. Waste of time.
