Not the staff's fault, but the setup was poor, forcing the waitstaff to rush around getting place settings. Table arrangement was not thought out. Everyone was seated tightly against the walls apparently because there was an assumption that the speakers needed the center to make their presentations. They all spoke from the front of the room. There's more, I'm just tired of typing on my phone...
My first time in this restaurant and my experience was excellent, the very cozy place, the customer service was excellent, thank you Mell for treating me with excellence, and the food was delicious I recommend it 100%

Ordered a Reuben sandwich, big mistake. The meat was stringy (it was cut too thick), there was no sauerkraut or dressing on the sandwich and it was not grilled as a typical Reuben would be. I had high hopes for this place when it first opened.
