We really enjoyed our food here! We came during the busy season in August, but that was no issue. We made reservations well in advance. The food was good, fresh. They also had gluten free cake, which was fantastic. I also appreciated they had multiple gluten free desserts and they also had all gluten free options labels throughout the menu. I definitely recommend trying this place out!

Overall, the food was delicious! The only complaint was that the flourless chocolate cake was smothered in whipped cream. The cake is the star of the show and the whipped cream should be an add on. Service could have been better. It was quite fast and we felt a bit rushed. We had to ask for some time between courses. Also, the server told us that she would come back to "top off" our wine glasses when the bottle was chilled and she never did. These minor complaints will not keep us away next year though! We're looking forward to another season.

The food was delicious and definitely worth the visit. Nice to have many delicious choices for each course!! So hard to decide! The chowder and the lamb appetizers were both stellar and the scallops were amazing as well! Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience. Such a peaceful dinner in their wonderful garden! The food was spectacular: creative smoky bluefish and corn chowder, perfect short ribs with blackberry sauce and cheesy grits, beautiful scallops!!

The key here is to check out the menu beforehand and make sure there is something on it you want to eat. If so, the kitchen is very skilled. But the menu offerings are limited and foodie cuisine style. For example, the menu description of swordfish is: avocado salsa verde, sweet potato, local greens, fresh fennel, radish & orange. So just check out the menu ahead of time and see if there is something you want to have. If so, you may find it worth the expense. Atmosphere is pleasant, service attentive.

This is a great location and a very comfortable dining room with space between tables. the food was the best I've had on Martha's Vineyard this summer. The service was very pleasant and attentive. A bit expensive (but what isn't on MV) and well worth it.

Food was great. Place was great. 5 stars. The clam chowder was delicious and was a big portion. Entrees were also delicious and portion size was big.
Loved this resturant, the hostess was so warm and inviting, very welcoming. I wish all resturant's had this type of welcoming staff. Our waitress was great, loved the look of the resturant. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our dinner. I wish I had found it early in our vacation as I would have went back. We will be back:)
We were celebrating a birthday and the team created a special cake that was decorated with flowers. The staff was very attentive. The food was well prepared and the portions were generous. Excellent service and ambiance. Make sure to see Toast and the other Alpaca!

We ordered the prix fixe 4-course meal, each course was delicious and amply portioned. Everything fresh and beautifully presented. Wait staff kind, attentive, and efficient. We enjoyed our dinner immensely and plan to make this an annual event. Thank you!
