“Very nice lunch at the Westwood, with friends and wife. Traveled hours to meet for lunch.Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Waitress was very nice and took time to answer questions and explain some dishes.Even though other patrons were seated near, noise level was not loud at all. Unlike many other restaurants that we have ate at.Finally, needless to say, every meal was excellent and not one complaint was voiced.Everything was Excellent !“

“This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite. The service here was above and beyond I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cannot wait to be back again. Recommendations: Get the spicy strawberry margarita if you come it's made the “right” way with no mixes and a fresh house made strawberry puree that's to die for, you will never wanna get a margarita anywhere else around here after enjoying one here.“

“Auntie Cathie’s is an absolute gem. A gluten free persons paradise, I have not had one thing that isn’t absolutely delicious. Gluten free food is usually horrible and bland but not here, they make everything with love and it’s outstanding. Such kind people every time I stop in, thank you for doing that you do!!“

“A pretty good selection of items and for the most part at very fair prices. It is a mid size store but you have a lot of the key items one would look for. There are fresh and frozen items as well as pantry and ready to eat prepared meals. The service was very friendly, and for the most part many items were not expired but it's always good to check as some things may sit more than others. Parking was easy and a private lot. I will most certainly return here again in the future.“

“We are very lucky to have Small Oven in our town. They have so much to offer. Gorgeous thoughtfully decorated cakes, delicious pastries, freshly baked breads, great coffee, as well as their breakfast and lunch options. Additionally, the staff is friendly and efficient. “Love the energy in here which makes it a Western-Massachusetts must-visit. Burgers are delicious and you can top it all off with an ice cream afterwards. Not sure if it's a seasonal item, but the cheeseburger chowder was very good too!“

“Ordered food for 70 people for a wedding luncheon from this place. The pernil and arroz con gandules was delicious. Also ordered roast chicken and green salad. We had to wait to place an order, but were treated very nicely. We also asked to have the food delivered to a place that was about 20 minutes away. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It looked good and tasted great! I was worried that the salad would be brown and wilted, but it looked like a picture out of a magazine and was fresh and crisp. (I never tried the chicken, but there were no leftovers.) I would not hesitate to place a big order with this restaurant and will certainly consider them again next time I have a big party. Mi gente, esto es Boricua Power!!!“

“Amazing to have your cravings met with fabulous options for those us whom have dietary restrictions! I adore the Pizza, the Subs, and the pasta! Imagine not having a sub for years bc no one had a Gluten Free Sub roll...until...Pizza D' Action showed up in my search for gf/df pizza etc! Thank God!!! Will be a patron for as long as I'm in the area! The new management and staff are wonderful so happy to see this place thriving! “If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My boyfriend’s birthday was Easter Sunday, and I had no time to order a special cake for him or bake anything myself. I’ve never been to Cerrato’s before but I’ve heard great things. I took this as an opportunity to go in and see what they had. When I tell you this place is amazing, I mean it! They had so many different options to choose from, but my bf loves chocolate cake so I got the fudge cake. It’s the best cake I’ve ever had in my life. It was rich, moist, chocolately, and made with love. Absolutely delicious. Everyone raved over it. The price was incredible also. Will be coming back for more!“

“Great place to go for a tasty craft beer!Small parking lot in front of the entrance, with another lot located just across the street. The inside is clean, and very well kept. The beer selection is great if you enjoy IPAs, other beer styles and seltzers are limited. The newly opened kitchen had some good options and the food was hot and fresh.The mens bathroom was probably the cleanest of any brewery. Seriously, the staff does a great job in keeping the whole place clean and presentable. The bar staff is top notch; even during the comedy event the staff quickly and quietly came to tables to clean up glasses and offer to bring more drinks (they might be ninjas).Overall, don't hesitate to stop by. The place is clean with close parking, delicious beers and great staff. Definitely check them out.“
