Spanish food at its best. Authentic and yummy. They serve beer and wine. Inside is decorated fun and quirky. Get the tres leches cake for dessert.

I have tried various Puerto Rican restaurants and have been disappointed with the quality of the food. The food is often under-seasoned and bland. I met a friend here last night for dinner. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners. I got the tostones, the chicken and vegetables which came with beans and rice and the flan. I was blown away by the quality of the food. It was nicely seasoned and very flavorful. Their flan is to do die for. If you want to try PR food for the first time, this is the place. I was told that only three people cook here - the father, the mother, and the son so the food is consistent every time you come. The food prices are very reasonable and you will not leave hungry. Only disappointment is that the roast pork is only available on Friday and Saturday. As we were told, it will give us an excuse to come back! And yes, we will!

The food was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The fried pork chop was so crispy and the meat melted like butter once you bite into it. There was nothing to take back home cause it was finished before you knew it. Don’t forget to ask for their homemade hot sauce! ( best drizzled on alcalpurria!!). Stop by and dine here for that authentic well seasoned Puerto Rican food!

Great meal here, with warm service, relaxed vibe and generous portions. Stewed chicken and vegetables was a highlight, though everything was delicious.

I live down the street from Santiagos and I don't want to admit how many days a week we get take out from here! I'm addicted to the empanadas and cassabas (like a potato ball but more meat, less potatoe) My youngest son plays with the owners grandson at our house and at the restaurant when it's not super busy (it's usually busy in the evenings) If you haven't tried them than you are missing out on some fantastic people, even better food at fair prices. It's family owned and operated, you will always be greeted with a smile and you'll want to go back soon for sure!!Parking: There are plenty of spots on summer street, a huge free lot off of summer street and some people park at the mechanics parking lot after hoursKid-friendliness: There are always families here with young children and infants. High chairs are availableWheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to get into the restaurant

Enjoy the foods and flavors of Puerto Rico. Every single dish here is zesty and yummy. Good accompanied with a chilled glass of beer or glass of wine.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place was absolutely amazing!! My husband, my friend and I stopped here for lunch today. First, we could smell the most amazing aromas from a block away. The outside is painted in a welcoming way and once we entered the restaurant we felt like we were being embraced. The dining room was clean and comfortable. The tables were spaced in away that there was room to push your chair out and not bump others. Kenny was our server and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. The menu was one page but with a variety of dishes. We had the plantanos, cassava and the seafood tostones. The tostones were absolutely incredible. The seafood was fresh and seasoned delightfully. For entrees we had mofongo with stewed chicken, fried pork chop and the roast pork. All of the dishes were served hot and the plate presentation was professionally done. From the first bite our food was seasoned perfectly and some of the most delicious food I've ever eaten anywhere on the planet. Everyone in my party decided we'd wished we'd worn loose fitting pants so we could keep eating. It took us 35 minutes to get to Santiago's from our house but for food, service and ambiance like we experienced, we would travel any distance. If you like amazing home cooked food you will not be disappointed. If you want or need the best Puerto Rican food look no further - Santiago's is IT!

Very terrible place to eat. The food is very bland and out of a can. The service was terrible too. Had to wait20 min for a cup of coffee. The waitress acted like she was doing us a favor by serving us. The price was about 12 dollars more than any other place in Westfield. Other places in town the staff is friendly, the price is fair, the portions are big, the waitress actually serves you in a timely manner. Do not go here unless it is the last place on Earth.

Incredible dining experience. Best Puerto Rican food in Western Mass in my opinion. Plenty of parking in the area but there is also some on the side street. We went on a Saturday when they do their Pernil. Very impressed by their great menu, quick service, and friendly staff. They really did have a whole family preparing a meal in the kitchen. The food is really made with love. The restaurant's atmosphere makes you feel like you are at your Grandma's house eating a meal. Very welcoming and comforting! I definitely reccomend this hidden gem in Westfield, MA.Parking: Found parking on side street but there are parking lots close by as wellWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible no stairs easy to find a table
