“We have zero interest in sports bars. The location, between a fitness club and a used car lot, and on the site of a failed auto dealer. is not that appealing. Still, we are happy to come here from time to time for a reliably good sandwich, salad. and/or simple entree. At the outer stretch of a strip mall road littered with typical fast food joints and chain family restaurants of appalling mediocrity. it is worth supporting a dining establishment that sets a reasonably high standard and is locally owned and operated. The service is friendly, casual and sometimes a bit haphazard with staffing shortages post pandemic. The clientele isn't just those who want to watch, beer in hand, an/or several athletic contest(s) on television. Young families, oldsters like us, and those who appreciate Monica's house made desserts, fill tables beyond the bar seats. You don't feel out of place with a non-alcoholic beverage. The chef-owner can cook more interesting cuisine but is giving the locals, apparently, what sells. Ample parking, and recently the unpaved sector has been reclaimed.“
“The food was very good. There were 7 of us. The young lady that waited on us did a great job. She was very polite & friendly. Everybody enjoyed their meal! The place was very clean. We did not wait long for our food. I am sure we will be going back again!“
“I must say I love the wings.... So definitely go for wings and beer..Also, the chicken sandwich which my friend ordered and she quite enjoyed.I ended up ordering naked wings with spicy garlic on the side. Spicy garlic sauce is just the right amount of garlic and heatSo the thing I'm a little disappointed in is the crop duster half portion of salad. Yes I love this portion size of the half..But I was very disappointed in the quality of vegetables that they put on. They were just not fresh and included the iceberg lettuce which had a lot of browning on it. Mostly the cucumbers looked like they were cut from a day or so ago and they were just not fresh..Also on my wings the celery also had a little bit of indiscretion of freshness. But definitely I will always go back for their wings“
“Yesterday we hosted a hockey banquet at The Still for our youth hockey team. Over the past few months working with Cam was amazing! He knew exactly what we wanted and needed. They have a small but mighty banquet room in the back and hopefully our rambunctious kids didn’t bother his other patrons. The room was the perfect size for what we needed. It had its own personal bar. Our bartender was Vanessa and she was amazing as well! The food was prepared by Jesse and he is an amazing chef! I heard great reviews from all of the parents that the chicken Parm and the roasted pork was over the top delicious! My favorite was the roasted pork and mashed potatoes! Everything had flavor and was cooked to perfection! I highly recommend using this facility for any type of party that you need. Baby showers, bridal showers, Birthday parties, team banquet parties, and so much more! I have planned quite a few parties over the years and let me tell you, This was the easiest one that I’ve ever had to do!! Cam was amazing to work with!! I can’t stress that enough! He met our every need and even put up with my quirky OCD personality! I can’t wait to go back and enjoy a good meal and the atmosphere!“
“Nice place for a quick bite or a slow delicious dinner. Or grab some drinks at the bar. Food is fresh and delicious, service is right up there also! So good. Try the Spinach, chicken, angel hair salad if you can't decide. My personal fav. Never a bad experience.“
“i just wanted to share this because i went to lunch with my friends. it’s a little much for a SMALL plate of friend pickles cost more than the wings??? (pickles cost $10 and the wings cost $8) especially when the wings don’t come with celery or carrots?? love coming here but I feel there are some more items that need to have a price change due to the small amounts served“
