Giving one star because I can't give zero. Horrible customer service. We will never set foot in this establishment again. Rude server who loudly scolded us to move after the hostess told us to sit wherever we wanted: Sorry, but we're not paying for public humilation. Our money will go elsewhere.

This was my first time at the Tavern restaurant and it was delicious. The waitress was amazing and so attentive. And the price was reasonable. I will definitely go back.
We were driving through and settled on Tavern Restaurant as the most promising option in 30 miles. We were not disappointed! The three of us had the luncheon special, 10 oz. prime rib with potato and broccoli, which was just $15. Many good beers were on tap. A model train was running around above the bar for the holidays. The service was excellent. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit again soon.

Veal francaise wasn't pounded out thin,was too thick, overcooked. & flavorless.It didn't have any lemon sauce.The pasta served with it also was plain with NO sauce. The steak was fatty & undercooked in the casear salad.Raw meat on top of lettuce, really? Au gratin potatoes cold. Cleaned off that tough veal & gave it to the dog. No second chances will be given to this establishment.
