I just wanted to say thank you to the employees who were so kind when their espresso machine was down to give me my refund out of their own tips because they realized I was in a hurry ! Very generous and kind young man working fast food can be difficult and having patience to deal with people like me makes them all the better!
We all know dunks is famous for getting orders wrong but getting a sandwich still frozen is new for me. Maybe if all the workers stopped hysterically laughing with each other for a second they'd get the time to cook the food.

The slowest dunkin ever. Not that busy inside, and they still couldn't get the orders right. The people in front of me and behind me (also mine) had their orders screwed up. Absolutely ridiculous. Plenty of staff on duty. Absolutely no reason for this. One worker has a bandaid on her arm constantly picking at it and then touching everyone's stuff. Disgusting. Definitely won't be back, according to the people around me, they won't be either.
