Last two times I have been there the kid in the drive through is rude and incredibly slow. He doesn't want to work there obviously and shouldn't. The last time he was so slow I left and so did the car in front of me after we ordered and waited forever.

I saw a package outside and figured I would be nice and let them know. Older blonde woman was instantly rude to me when I was trying to be helpful. Turned around and walked out. I don't need that negativity so early in the morning.
Older blond lady needs to calm down. There has never been a time she has been pleasant to me. Every time I hear her voice through the drive thru speaker I want to just drive away. Everyone else is very nice, but she’s ruining it for me.

The service is horrible, because the workers don't know what they're doing, they get confused over everything, and the place never has what I ask for! Today, they ran out of refreshers, it was annoying.
The employees are very rude and do not let people use their bathrooms so we went elsewhere and bought food there. We usually live on dunkin but this now leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I hope this location closes down.Wheelchair accessibility: 100% not wheelchair accessible. We could barely walk in there, there was no room.

If you wanna feel like a piece of crap while getting your coffee go here. Blonde lady at the drive through is a miserable human being. Also, this place specifically always skimps on the cold foam and hopes you won't notice. Try Lady's Mantle down the street on Thursdays-Sundays. They have a lovely pop up called Victoria Coffee and it's the best latte I've had in Mass.

The slowest dunkin ever. Not that busy inside, and they still couldn't get the orders right. The people in front of me and behind me (also mine) had their orders screwed up. Absolutely ridiculous. Plenty of staff on duty. Absolutely no reason for this. One worker has a bandaid on her arm constantly picking at it and then touching everyone's stuff. Disgusting. Definitely won't be back, according to the people around me, they won't be either.

We were served by a blond supervisor today that was just mad at the world. She bristled at the customers and reamed her co-worker she was supposed to be helping. We got a big fly in the donut at the bottom of the bag. There's lots of Dunkin's in the area, maybe find a different one.
