“I called this place reluctantly late last night because it was my only real option at 9:30 pm (they close by 10)….i had tried it years ago and didn’t think it was very good. Well, last night they proved themselves lol! I ordered house fried rice and bone in spare ribs. Not only did they serve me with a smile and seem happy to be there still, I’m sure it had been a long day..the food was piping hot and so fresh! I was definitely expecting less ten minutes prior to closing! The rice had a little of everything and was so good! The pork pieces weren’t all fatty trimmings like most places. This was actual chunks of pork with very little to no fat. Little shrimps and chicken…so so good. I couldn’t stop eating it. The ribs were cooked to perfection, meaty, and so tasty I was licking my fingers and the bones haha! Best ribs I’ve had anywhere! The price was good too! I will definitely be back!“

“We have a new office in Boston. So periodically I drive down from our main office to the Boston location and every time I do, I have resolved to try a new restaurant. This was today’s choice and it was SPECTACULAR! My server was fantastic. The food came out quickly and was insanely good. I didn’t know how big my stir-fried rice cake bowl would be so I ordered the sweet and sour pork loin to go with it. But the rice cake bowl was huge and tasted incredible. Lots of heat, lots of fresh prepared veggies and meat. 10/10 would recommend that dish. The pork tenderloin I tried and 10/10 would recommend it as well. The location is a bit small and that is literally the only nit I can pick. If you’re in this area, get some take out or eat in , you won’t regret it!!“

“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

“Pleasantly surprised! The place was actually quite busy on a Friday afternoon. First caveat.. if you do not like lamb do not go here. There was a distinct lamb smell in the air because...lamb is really their specialty! We tried a few things.. beef and lamb, and by far the lamb was better. The noodles were the highlight, great texture and unlimited length! My comment makes it kind of funny that the noodles were harder to eat in my stir fry because it was one big noodle. The Peking Ravioli was very good, it's great to see this piece of Massachusetts culinary history still on menus. The service was attentive, not friendly, but I'm paying for a server not a friend. “I had a great time eating here because the atmosphere is really cool with big statues and a modern look that makes it feel fancy but still comfortable. The lettuce wraps are a must-try because they have so much flavor and are fun to put together yourself at the table. Everything we ordered came out looking beautiful and tasting really fresh, with a good mix of sweet and spicy options on the menu. The servers were very attentive and made sure our drinks stayed full throughout the whole meal. “They were extremely polite when I called to place an order. I ended up getting a pupu for 2 and a small lo mein and a few minutes later I called back to add a dumpling and got the free pork fried rice and they didnt have an issue with it very welcoming as well when I walked in to pick it up. Also lots of pictures to help people choose what they want if they're not sure what they want. Well anyways the food was actually great. The shrimp were a bit different for me the long stick ones but they was fire. The rice was on point too. Everything I ate was actually tasteful tho. 5 stars for me for the experience and the food“

“We were a group of 4 who went to have late lunch. The restaurant was not crowded and we were seated immediately. Tables had iPads available through which we could place our orders. We ordered two bases, lamb, seafood platter and a vegetable platter. Food arrived fairly quickly.
We had to order sauces separately which was another 3.99 per person (we had to order 4 as required by them). The hot pot with two sauces was inconvenient to reach for 4 as there were two burners on the table but a single pot.
Seafood platter was disappointing as the quantity of food was very less.

“This hole in the wall is not pretty Inside,but they do have Cantonese/Hong Kong Style food. They are Cash only. We got the curry sauce pork on spaghetti and Beef stew & wonton soup. The service was decent. Don't have have expectations for service at any Asian places. Our food came fast, but getting our bill took time. They got pretty busy. The wontons tasted homemade and the broth was very rich in flavor. The curry sauce was thick and tasty. The pork was perfectly cooked. Overall, a good experience“

Service is slow as there’s one boss lady doing everything from cooking to cleaning so don’t come in expecting too much and be patient. “Probably the best Chinese restaurant in quincy area if you want a proper meal with veggies, meat and carbs.
They have such a long menu, and everything looks so delicious.
We had the beef roll. The beef itself is served cool and the roll is crispy and hot, very tasty!
The Sichuan spicy fish is very tender and tasty. The spice level is just right for us.
Although I won’t say it’s all taiwanese dishes, I would love to try again next time.“

I’m only taking one star off because we got the hunan chicken expecting it to be spicy, but it had no spice at all. It was comparable to the regular chicken & veg w/brown sauce. It tasted good but its not what i was expecting, since on the menu it was advertised as spicy.
Next time we order i think i will ask them to make our dishes extra spicy.

A little bummed out there was no fortune cookies as well, but that could have been a genuine mistake.
