“I always order pick up! I have not had an opportunity to sit down inside yet! I am amazed at how True North Kitchen’s food has high quality flavor and portion sizes! I wanted to try different dishes before giving my honest review! I have tried the following: Chicken Parmesan, Fish/Shrimp & Fries, Cole Slaw, Asparagus, Salad, Cheesecake, Canoli, and Fried Pickes! Not one dish was a disappointment! :)As of Thursday, March 28, 2024, True North Kitchen is officially my number one go to eatery in Weymouth! “Absolutely great spot in Downtown Quincy! Pictured is the pork shank, but everything we had was delicious. The prices are also an amazing value as we each had an entree, two drinks, dessert and the bill was only $84! Will definitely be back!!“
“This is a no frill local spot with good apps (try the various eggrolls), decent prices, a good beer selection, touchtunes juke box, and pub trivia. There is also parking in a lot next door behind 7/11. It's a local institution that is consistent and doesn't disappoint.“
“This is our Friday spot! We love the staff, the food and the atmosphere. We watch all our favorite sports on the TVs and play a few board games while waiting for our food. We love the food. They always have new specials. They have my favorite cut of fries! Always a hit here.Kid-friendliness: We go earlier in the night and love bringing our 5 year old. We come every Friday. “Very nice spot for food and drinks. Our waitress service started out good and then went down hill. I've never seen an ice tray with oyster shells, used lemons and plates stay the entire dinner melting away. I was never asked if I wanted another $14 drink which I'm sure the owner wants to sell. We also had to share our water. My wife said (she just watched you taking some of my water and never came over) A little food left and we finally were served a carafe of water. Waited a while for the check. Several tables around us empty. I stood up to find someone and she came over.“
“I went there with my friends Saturday afternoon. When I realized it was Irish food I got nervouse. But I got the chicken Dianne and it was the best I ever had. Nevermind the fact the staff was amazing. My waitress was absolutely stunning and so polite. I'll definitely be going back many times a month.hopefully get the same staff. I left a large tip. “I had the best time! From the minute we walked in the door, the staff was so accommodating (we showed up with two suitcases as we had a flight out later in the day!) The drinks were quick, the food was delicious, the queens were amazing (and even stayed after to chat with us!). The manager checked on us, and everyone was so nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.“
“I love this place and will be frequenting it. It's a small place with some seating in the back. It doesn't open until 5, so we got there right about then. They do not have a mocktail menu but, they did make me something fun when I asked them for it. I had the butternut squash raviolis, and they were so good. They had some sausage in the sage cream sauce that was a nice touch. My other friends had mac and cheese, which was penne and the other had curry chicken. We ordered Brussel sprouts and whipped feta as an app. Brussels were so good. I was not a fan of the whipped feta, but the others really enjoyed it. We had pretty quick service and they place was not overpriced. I don't know why I didn't go here sooner. I would love to have a mocktail menu, to give some non-alcohol options“
